“True focus is not concentration; it is the disappearance of distraction.”

My Story
Jothi Siddhar Massoud

My journey began with a simple wish to understand myself and the nature of life more clearly, a wish that gradually grew into a lifelong exploration of awareness and transformation.
I was fascinated by the hidden intelligence behind life — the quiet force that moves both body and mind.
Born in Afghanistan and raised in Germany, I carried a simple question within me: how can a human being live to their full potential — in mind, body, and awareness?

After years of training in karate and Thai boxing, I discovered Wing Chun, a martial art that teaches how to achieve maximum effect with minimum effort.
For over a decade, I trained under several masters in Germany, including Sifu Martin Dragos, whose precision shaped my understanding of physical energy and structure.
This journey eventually led me to Foshan, China, where I trained with Sifu Liang Jiaming, a direct inheritor of the Yip Man (Ip Man) lineage. There I received my Sifu certificate in the original Foshan Wing Chun Kuen Kung Fu, deepening my understanding of balance, effortless power, and the unity of movement and awareness.

Alongside my martial path, I explored the inner mechanics of the mind through hypnosis and neuro-linguistic programming (NLP), training directly under Dr. Richard Bandler, the co-founder of NLP.
For more than ten years, I worked as a coach, helping individuals overcome limitations, find clarity, and awaken their natural potential — driven by a desire to understand how far human capability can reach when body, mind, and focus work as one.

Over time, this blend of discipline, inquiry, and silence opened a doorway within. I spent years in deep meditation, learning from masters such as Sadhguru Jaggi Vasudev and Jothi Siddhar Sri Pranaji. After completing advanced practices including the Samyama program with the Isha Foundation, a series of unexpected events led me to Sri Pranaji, who became my Guru.

I remain forever grateful to Sadhguru for the foundation he helped create in me — and deeply grateful to Sri Pranaji, whose guidance and direct transmission transformed my practice and led me to mastery.

What he did for me is beyond words. Under his supervision, I continued my practice for five more years — a period of deep transformation and inner realization through which I became a Jothi Siddhar myself.

Today, I share that work as Jothi Siddhar Massoud — not only as a teacher, but as a transmitter of living energy and practical clarity.
My purpose is to help people awaken their full potential — the quiet, steady power already alive within them.

My Story
Jothi Siddhar Sweetlana

From an early age, I felt a deep curiosity about life and a desire to understand its true meaning.
That search led me to explore many areas of personal development and spirituality, always with the intention to grow and help others do the same.

I hold a Master’s degree in Learning and Innovative Change from Copenhagen University, where I focused on how people learn, evolve, and create transformation in their lives. I was born in Afghanistan and grew up in Denmark.
Alongside my academic work, I practiced meditation for many years, attended seminars and retreats, and visited temples to deepen my inner experience.

I was deeply inspired by Sadhguru Jaggi Vasudev and completed all programs up to the Samyama Retreat with the Isha Foundation.
That time gave me a strong foundation in discipline and awareness, and I remain grateful to Sadhguru for the clarity and strength his guidance brought into my life.

Through Jothi Siddhar Massoud, I was introduced to Jothi Siddhar Sri Pranaji, under whose guidance I continued my spiritual training for more than five years.
Those years of practice and direct experience brought deep transformation and realization, and I am profoundly grateful to have become a Jothi Siddhar myself.

Today, I share this living knowledge together with Jothi Siddhar Massoud, helping others awaken their natural awareness, balance, and inner strength — to live from the stillness and intelligence already present within them.
