Divine Grace & Blessing (Anugraha)
Some things can’t be reached by effort. Anugraha is grace, the direct transmission of light, passed down through the Siddha tradition. It isn’t something you do. It’s something you receive.
This kind of transmission exists across traditions under different names. In Tibetan Buddhism, it’s the blessing of a Lama. In Sufism, it’s Barakah, carried by a Pir or a Wali. People have climbed mountains, sat outside monasteries for years, or simply hoped to cross paths with someone who carries it, because access has always been rare.
In a session, I hold a state of stillness and become a channel for that same grace to pass through, not the source of it, simply the opening it moves through.
There’s nothing for you to perform and nothing you need to believe. The light meets you exactly where you are. You simply sit, drop whatever you’re carrying, and let it reach you.
It works on the Jiva, the part of you that carries this life and every life before it, the imprints, the patterns, the long story that brought you here. The Jiva carries the story, but the change itself isn’t something you decide, and it isn’t something I decide either. Grace reaches all the way down to the Atma, the part of you that was never broken, never confused, never lost. From there, it knows exactly what you need, even when you don’t. What changes is whatever genuinely serves you.
What people notice can begin in the session itself, as stillness, a shift, sometimes light. It often continues in the days after: clearer thinking, a steadier sense of self, old problems quietly starting to move, new openings appearing where there weren’t any before.
This can happen one to one or in a group, in person or online. Distance makes no difference. What matters is openness. Sessions are available for ages 16 and up.
All sessions are available online or in person near Copenhagen.
