Inner Key Meditation
The second practice of the Inner Stillness system.
The Inner Key Meditation is the second practice of the Inner Stillness system, and it takes you somewhere the Stillness Key prepares you for. Beyond the thinking mind, into the part of you that exists before thought arises.
Most people have never been there consciously. They have glimpsed it, in moments of deep sleep, in rare instants of complete presence, but never been able to stay. This initiation makes that space directly accessible. Not as a peak experience, but as something you can enter, recognise, and return to.
What you find there is not nothing. It is a quality of awareness that is vast, quiet, and entirely untroubled by whatever is happening on the surface of your life. Practitioners describe it as encountering something in themselves they always sensed was there but could never reach, a presence that is stable, clear, and free.
What people experience with regular practice:
- A deep stillness that is not dependent on external circumstances
- The constant background noise of the mind begins to lose its hold
- A growing sense of inner identity that is stable, not shaken by moods, events, or other people’s reactions
- Intuition sharpens, a clearer sense of what is true, what matters, and what does not
- Life starts to feel less like something happening to you and more like something you are moving through with clarity
With regular practice the access deepens. The silence becomes more familiar. And gradually that quality of awareness begins to colour ordinary life, not just meditation sessions.
This is not a practice for producing peak experiences. It is a practice that relocates you, from the surface of life to its depth.
